What is the FIS Financial Literacy Young Adult Education Program?
This financial education program is geared towards young adults, between the ages of 14 and 20 years old, as well as the parents, faculty, staff, and administration. This interactive, online, mobile-friendly program focuses on learning the basics of personal finance and building a positive relationship with money. Students can track their progress and earn 1 credit upon completion.

Are we able to track and record learner progress?  
Yes, this information can be tracked, but the program would need to be hosted in your Learning Management System. 

Is the program free to use? 
Yes. 

Does the program have to be accessed on a desktop computer? 
No, the program is browser based, so it can be viewed on any device that can access the internet. This includes PC, Mac, Chromebook, iOS, Android, and Linux. 

How many lessons are in the program? 
There are 22 total lessons.  
 
How long does each lesson take? 
Each lesson takes approximately 30-45 minutes. 
 
What is the estimated time needed to complete the entire program? 
The program takes approximately 11-15 hours to complete depending on the pace of each participant or learner.  

What type of content is included in this program?  
The program was designed based on the MoneySmart program from the FDIC. It includes videos, scenarios, and other engagement techniques.  
 
Do the lessons have to be done in a specific order? 
This is customizable and based on how you would like to execute the program. The version hosted on our website does not need to be completed in any specific order.
